I have a purpose in helping doctors improve the lives of others and it’s a privilege to do what I do every day.

Breaking into the medical device sales world was an extremely challenging process, but for me, has proven to be worth the challenge thus far.  Working for Arthrex Lancaster has provided me the opportunity to learn not only from my teammates but also from our medical education team. After getting hired, “Med-ed Mondays” were some of my favorite days as it gave me hands-on experience with the product and made me feel more equipped going into cases.

Overall, Arthrex Lancaster has made me feel as though I’m part of a bigger team and has given me more opportunities for growth than any of the other positions I’ve previously held.
